As soon you enter the villa you will find a beautiful fishpond sitting in the corner next to the entrance gate. At the heart of Villa Intan is a large and inviting infinity pool, which is surrounded by a tropical garden. To one side, a gazebo with daybed is a tranquil place to lie and enjoy the serenity of Villa Intan, and outside canopy and lounge “chill” area on the other side. A unique outdoor lounge and entertainment area with a buffet bar allows guest to enjoy their cool beverages.

This spacious two-storey villa has four bedrooms, one TV room that can convert to a bedroom, a private pool, and a garden adorned with loungers and a large Bali gazebo. Doors and windows fold away giving the buildings an uncluttered feel.
The first floor of the main building houses living and dining areas and a kitchen. These rooms can be closed off by sliding doors to prevent children from using the pool unattended.

The dining area has an elegant table and chairs allowing guests to relax and enjoy the unique views of the Balinese rice paddy while they eat and, in the corner of the living room, the fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, a microwave, a water dispenser, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a juicer/blender, rice cooker, cutlery, dining and glass ware and a maxi bar. Music docking station and free Wi-fi is available.

Bedrooms configuration

Opposite the dining and living area is an air-conditioned bedroom, which has king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a safety deposit box in the wardrobe and a large ensuite with an outdoor shower and wash basin.

The second bedroom in the downstairs living area has a king-sized bed, which can be converted into two single beds overlooking an outdoor courtyard, with adjoining bathroom and outdoor shower. A LCD TV with DVD/CD player is available in the room.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a safety deposit box in the wardrobe and a large ensuite with shower, bathtub, and twin washbasins. Adjoining the master bedroom is a TV room which has an LCD TV with access to international channels, a DVD/CD player and speaker system. This room can also be converted into a fifth bedroom with two single beds ideal for a family with young children or teenagers. Both rooms over look the garden, pool and rice fields.

The guesthouse is fronted by a terrace, which looks out to the garden and pool. This air-conditioned room features a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a safety deposit box in the wardrobe, LCD TV with DVD/CD player and a large ensuite bathroom with outside shower and washbasin.

The Location

The villa is situated down a quiet gang off Jalan Drupadi called Gang Damai. A short walk will bring you to Jalan. Kayu Aya (Laksmana, or ‘Eat Street’), and into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect.
